Celebrate Love and your special someone this Valentine's Day at Mint!

 

Executive Chef Abhijit Sarkar and his culinary team has created a four-course tasting menu that celebrates love at its finest. Guests will have their choice of creative and delicious dishes for each course, including vegan and vegetarian options as well.

 

Optional wine pairings will also be available to pair with the tasting menu for an additional $50. We will also have specialty cocktails and non-alcoholic mocktails available from our bar.

 

***Please note this tasting menu will only be available on February, 14th (Valentine's Day), and our standard dinner menu will not be available.

Mint Progressive is proud to host a very special happy hour event with Indri Single Malt Indian Whisky. Enjoy food & drink specials and exclusive tastings with special guest Madhu Kanna of Picadilly Distillers. Please join us in welcoming this incredible master distiller to the Pacific Northwest!

On Sunday, November 12th, guests will be able to enjoy four amazing courses, with optional wine pairings with each dish. Full menu available to preview in the "Menus" tab above.

Please note, we will be closed  for lunch and our regular dinner service and menu will not be available on Sunday, November 12th. Our Diwali tasting menu will be offered exclusively on this day during our dinner service hours, 5 PM - 9:30 PM.
